Getting Started with Myaccountant as an Accountant

This guide covers account creation and login for accountant and bookkeeper users.

Creating Your Account

  1. Go to the Myaccountant login page and select Accountant.
  2. Choose your sign-up method:
    • Sign up with your Google account
    • Sign up with your Xero account
    • Sign up with Email
  3. Complete the registration form with your details.
  4. Verify your email address using the code sent to you.
  5. Once verified, you'll be taken to your Practice Dashboard.

Setting Up Your Practice

After logging in, complete these setup steps:

  1. Set up your practice account — add your firm details
  2. Subscribe to the practice plan — activate your subscription
  3. Onboard your first client — add a client business
  4. Register with Beam — enable super payments for clients

  • Multi-client dashboard — manage payroll for all clients from one login
  • Client-level access controls — set permissions for staff and clients
  • Practice pricing — $6/client/month instead of $10/month
