Connect Your Tanda Account
Tanda is a workforce management platform for rostering and time-and-attendance tracking. Connecting Myaccountant to Tanda allows you to import timesheets and employee data directly into your pay runs.
Prerequisites
- An active Tanda subscription.
- Admin access to your Tanda account.
- Your Myaccountant account must be on a paid plan.
Steps to Connect
Step 1: Open Integrations
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations from the Myaccountant dashboard.
- Locate the Tanda card in the available integrations list.
Step 2: Initiate the Connection
- Click the Connect button on the Tanda card.
- You will be redirected to the Tanda login page.
- Log in with your Tanda credentials.
- Tanda will ask you to authorise Myaccountant to access your timesheet and employee data.
- Click Allow to grant access.
Step 3: Confirm Connection
- You will be redirected back to Myaccountant.
- The Tanda card will display a Connected status.
Disconnecting Tanda
To disconnect:
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Click Disconnect on the Tanda card.
- Confirm the disconnection. Previously imported data will remain in Myaccountant.
Next Steps
After connecting, you can:
- Import employees from Tanda.
- Import timesheets from Tanda into your pay runs.
