View and Download Invoices
Myaccountant generates invoices for your subscription payments. You can view and download these invoices at any time for your accounting records.
Viewing Invoices
- Log in to your Myaccountant account.
- Navigate to Settings > Billing (or Settings > Subscription).
- Scroll down to the Invoice History section.
- You will see a list of all invoices with:
- Invoice date.
- Invoice number.
- Amount paid.
- Status (Paid, Pending, Failed).
Downloading an Invoice
- Locate the invoice you want to download in the Invoice History list.
- Click the Download button (or PDF icon) next to the invoice.
- The invoice will download as a PDF file to your computer.
Invoice Contents
Each invoice includes:
- Myaccountant's business details and ABN.
- Your business name and ABN.
- Invoice number and date.
- Subscription plan details.
- Amount charged (including GST).
- Payment method used.
tip
Myaccountant subscription fees are a tax-deductible business expense. Keep your invoices for your BAS and tax return records.
